With more than 15-years of integrated marketing, communications, and digital media experience, Joe leads the strategic development and growth of Burson Cohn & Wolfe’s digital and social media business in the APAC region.

He was named in the Holmes Report Innovator 25 list in Asia-Pacific, recognized as a China Digital A-Lister by Campaign Asia-Pacific, and won several industry awards for communications projects he led. As a trusted advisor, Joe provides clients strategic counsel on digital-driven integrated marketing communications efforts, in an era of dramatic marketing and communications disruption. He also spent several years helping Chinese companies conduct overseas communications. Throughout his career, Joe has worked with clients from a range of industries, including semiconductor, computer, manufacturing, aviation, finance, entertainment, cosmetics, and education.

Joe began his career as a reporter for a business magazine in China and served as COO for an e-commerce startup. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology and more recently completed courses for an advanced leadership program from Stanford Business School as well as the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS)-Columbia Business School Joint Advanced Marketing Management Program.
